UVAC Apprenticeship Contract Templates

Review

 

UVAC’s contract templates have proved extremely popular with the higher education sector. To ensure the templates remain appropriate we have commissioned our solicitors to review and update the templates. The review will cover:

 

–         Consideration of changes in the latest version of the ESFA Funding Rules

–         Consideration of GDPR position (which may differ for each contract)

–         Consideration of comments from UVAC and AoC on the coverage of each template.

 

Timescale

 

We expect new versions of the templates to be available for distribution in early June. They will be available free of charge to UVAC members only.

 

As with the first versions of the templates we intend to commission the review jointly with the Association of Colleges.
