Today the ESFA published their latest Funding policy statement for apprenticeships, that will underpin delivery from 1st August 2020. One new change, to increase the number of reservations that a non levy employer can make from 3 to 10, takes effect immediately.
You can download the document using this link APPRENTICESHIP FUNDING IN ENGLAND: From August 2020
TWO KEY CHANGES LIVE NOW ARE HIGHLIGHTED BELOW :
Incentive payments for hiring a new apprentice – this document confirms that there are no limits on the number of eligible incentives that can be applied for and these will be paid to the same profile as the existing £1000 employer incentives
The number of reservations for employers who do not pay the apprenticeship levy has increased from 3 to 10 FROM 15th JULY
We will cover this and other pending changes at the final Covid-19 forum on July 24th at 12 noon – TO REGISTER for the forum click HERE.
