At Friday’s Covid-19 Forum we covered the information for HEIs set out in the ESFA Response to their SUBCONTRACTING CONSULTATION. This sets out the ESFA plans against all 10 Proposals with two that require action now, in preparation for the Autumn Term 2020/2021.

At Friday’s Forum we also dicussed the latest NURSING ASSOCIATE GUIDANCE, PUBLISHED HERE. This, when coupled with the ESFAs tightening practices for subcontracting, has re-surfaced a range of long-standing queries about placements – and whether the services provided by employers are training and therefore subject to subcontracting rules.
