MATRIX CONTRACT TERM – ESFA CONFIRM MATRIX IS NOT REQUIRED

Following UVACs work with ESFA to review the recent contract variation requiring HEIs to achieve the MATRIX Standard, the ESFA have now confirmed that the amendments to contracts do not apply and were issued in error.

HEIs will shortly be issued with a notice to confirm this position and if you have already signed your contract, this will be addressed as part of the work ESFA will undertake over the next few weeks.
