UVAC Knowledge Networks provide a collaborative forum for higher education (HE) practitioners, staff, and academics to collaborate and discuss apprenticeships, the HE skills landscape and other technical and professional qualifications.

UVAC Quality in Nursing Apprenticeships Network is a new collaborative network that is delivered and supported by UVAC, NHS England, Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and Ofsted.

You are invited to register for the next meeting, online on Wednesday 27th May 2026 to have opportunity to explore the challenges, successes, and development for Health apprenticeships at Local, Regional and National level.

More recent network events have focused on the Nursing Degree Apprenticeship and Nursing Associate Apprenticeship. HEI providers support the. Delivery of the session through the sharing and dissemination of best practice and real-life practical experiences e.g. Ofsted inspection.
