Regional & Spatial Implications webinar rescheduled

Regional & Spatial Implications webinar rescheduled

Following the recent move of apprenticeships and skills to DWP we have taken the decision to reschedule our Regional & Spatial Implications for Apprenticeship Delivery webinar planned for Thursday 9th October, to Wednesday 10th December.

The original date was set at the start of August prior to recent changes so this later date will allow more time for the impact of this move to emerge and also for us to assess the impact of the budget at the end of November so that we can present the most up-to-date perspective.

We had already identified that this session was one of the most critical for this year as we prepared for increased attention on the contribution of  HE to local, regional, sectoral  and community priorities in the apprenticeships and skills levy world, and in particular for young people and programmes supporting readiness for work. We can already see this policy direction emerging with the Chancellor’s announcement on Monday 29 September.

If you can attend please move the session date in your personal calendar to the new date but  you do not need to take any other action as your registration will carry over automatically to the new date and time. If you can’t make the new slot, do just cancel your registration so that we know how many are likely to attend. Slides and recording will be made available after the session.
