UVAC Members are invited to join a new UVAC Apprenticeship Knowledge Network to support staff and practitioners leading and delivering the Senior Leader Higher Apprenticeship. You may also be part of the UVAC CMDA DAKN and have attended previous networks.
This is an in-person event be held at Fielder Centre, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield on Wednesday, June 26 9am – 4pm
The aim of the UVAC network is to facilitate a collaborative network for HE practitioners, staff and academics to engage with each other and other stakeholders to discuss apprenticeships and skills agenda aligned to:
· disseminating best practice,
· learning and teaching pedagogy,
· problem solve challenges, barriers and opportunities
· develop an engaging forum
· updating on policy changes and landscape
· collaborative work and research development
UVAC Networks:
· facilitate a supportive, safe and confidential space for discussion and sharing
· provide opportunities for showcasing from the SL and across other UVAC networks
· share best practice
· have a clear focus and specific themes
· address challenges, barriers and opportunities
· highlight network next steps
· be interactive utilising and facilitating, breakouts and group discussions
· utilise guest speakers
· embed and utilise relevant data and research
· facilitate opportunities for collaborative working and research
