High-Impact Progress Reviews in University Apprenticeships

In this morning session, open to the full conference audience, Sean and Chris will share proven strategies for making reviews high-impact, learner-centred, and outcomes-driven. The workshop features provider good practice spotlights from Anglia Ruskin University and Impact Futures, sharing real-world insights on effective review processes. In addition, we’ll showcase Aptem will be showcasing their latest enhancements to empower users to: 

  • Reduce time spent on review administration
  • Focus on meaningful conversations with learners
  • Maintain accurate, easily accessible records for auditors  
  • Deliver more engaging reviews that drive learner progression
