DfE funded Apprenticeship Workforce Development (AWD) Programme Launches Support targeted at SMEs.

DfE funded Apprenticeship Workforce Development (AWD) Programme Launches Support targeted at SMEs.

Apprenticeships at all levels and in any occupational or professional job, work best when managers feel confident supporting them day to day.

We’re launching a new pilot programme for SME managers funded through the Apprenticeship Workforce Development (AWD) Programme focused on the practical skills that make apprenticeships succeed — from setting things up right, to motivating apprentices, managing challenges and supporting successful completion.

✔ Short, interactive sessions
✔ Real-world management tools
✔ Immediate impact in the workplace

The aim? Better experiences for apprentices and stronger outcomes for SMEs.

As a UVAC member or stakeholder, signpost your SME contacts to look at the detail of the programme and resources when launched during National Apprenticeship Week 9th to 15th February.
