Autumn Webinar Update – New Dates, New Sessions and a Halloween/Bonfire night reminder!
In light of the fast-moving political landscape, we’ve refreshed our autumn webinar schedule to ensure sessions remain timely and responsive to the latest developments affecting higher and degree apprenticeships. You can download the new schedule HERE – please do circulate this to course leads, business development teams, teaching and coach teams. Key changes to note are as follows – all available to book from the UVAC EVENTS Page :
- We are moving our two Ofsted webinars to mid January to allow for learning from the Ofsted pilots and to accommodate a session on the Inclusion criteria in particular. Please let us know if you are involved in any of the pilot Inspections so we can include you in these sessions.
- Our PDSAT session has moved to Tuesday 18th November to allow us to include the latest PDSAT version, recently announced as available in November.
- Our Spatial skills session, reviewing the drivers and focus for higher and degree apprenticeships as we move to more regional and local focus particularly with the move to DWP is now on Wednesday 10th December.
- Our NEW Session on the early lessons from applications to become an LLE provider takes place on Thursday 6th November
Also key sessions this term include :
- Don’t miss our Sector Spooktacular on Friday 31 October –bringing together policy updates, sector insights and themes from each of the 8 Industrial Strategy Reports – one each hour starting on the hour. The schedule is in the attached programme. With a single registration, you can drop into multiple sessions throughout the day.
- Don’t forget our new practitioner workshop for coaches and tri-partite progress review leads ‘First and Early Progress Reviews, taking place on Wednesday 5 November. This interactive workshop will explore how to strengthen early engagement, improve learner tracking, and maintain quality under pressure.
