DWP Funding Rules team are inviting feedback on the Funding Rules and are inviting us to review and comment on each section of the rules, using our experience and expertise to advise the Funding Rules team on the content.

UVAC are coordinating this on behalf of Higher Education and we are inviting you to an initial session on Monday 9^th November 1pm – 3pm.

The outcome may include additional guidance materials to support stakeholders and a more focused Funding Rules document. The DWP Team state that the goal is to ensure the rules are fit for purpose—not necessarily shorter—but clearly articulated so all our stakeholders, providers, employers, employer-providers and assessment organisations, understand what is expected of them.

We welcome the conversation and to providing a submission – the deadline for the submission is 21^st November.
