This course is designed for delegates who recognise their need to develop and improve this component of their apprenticeship delivery. Join the course to understand how to develop robust initial assessments and immediately improve the apprentice and employer experience.

This course is for managers. It will be relevant for those involved in aspects of managing apprenticeship delivery and performance. This may include job roles such as senior leaders, operational managers, quality and curriculum managers, sector leads and lead apprenticeship.

Getting off to a good start, supporting effective onboarding – support staff – Oct 10th 2024 

This course is designed for delegates who feel this component of their apprenticeship delivery is strong, but would like to explore effective practice to develop it further. This course is aimed at staff in support roles, who are assisting colleagues with this critical phase. Help your colleagues to get apprentices and employers off to a positive start with an effective onboarding process.

 

Managing apprenticeship withdrawals – managers – Oct 15th 2024
This course is designed for delegates who recognise their need to develop and improve this component of their apprenticeship delivery. Explore proven strategies to improve the oversight of withdrawal information to drive change, as well as improve consistency and performance outcomes. 

This course is designed for managers, including Senior Managers, Assistant/Vice Principal, Heads of Department/Faculty, Apprenticeship Managers. It is designed to support team and department managers, for example – MIS teams, Information Services as well as those in an apprenticeship provision and curriculum management role.
