Apprenticeship Contract Templates 2020-21: Now Available

Our legal advisers at NWL Legal have revised our contract templates to reflect the material changes in the ESFA’s funding rules published in August.

We are now inviting you to contact us directly to request copies of the following:

  • Contract Template: Apprenticeship End Point Assessment Services between Provider and End Point Assessment Organisation
  • Contract Template: Subcontract for Apprenticeship Training Services between Training Provider and Subcontractor
  • Contract Template: Apprenticeship Training Services Agreement between Training Provider and Employer
  • Summary of changes
