UVAC has been delighted to work with the Association of Colleges (AoC) and other important stakeholders in the writing and production of a practical sub-contracting guide covering ESFA Rules and Audit, Ofsted, QAA and HMRC. It came about because it can be hard to find clear advice that can be relied on, to know that it is not just an individual’s interpretation of the rules but a reliable and fully informed source.

The Guide is intended to provide you with confidence by articulating the arrangements governing subcontracting by all types of apprenticeship provider.
