TOPIC: Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship Knowledge Network
We are excited to launch the next dates for the on-line Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship Knowledge Network (PCDA – DAKN). This DAKN development is currently being supported through UVAC working collaboratively with the University of Salford and Leeds Trinity University.
The upcoming network meetings are planned for the 6th December 2024 and is online, 14th March 2025 face to face and 18th July 2025 face to face.
The agenda for the networks will be confirmed nearer the time.
This is a network for all HE practitioners, staff and academics to collaboratively engage with each other and other stakeholders to discuss apprenticeships and skills agenda aligned to:
• disseminating best practice,
• learning and teaching pedagogy,
• problem solve challenges, barriers and opportunities
• develop an engaging forum
• create a supportive and safe space
• updating on policy changes and landscape
• collaborative work and research development
