We will examine the emerging new line manager and employer responsibilities in supporting learning from pre-onboarding to EPA and hear about the challenges this presents and the support that line managers feel is effective.

The session will confirm how to develop communication and engagement strategies with employers and ensure that employer feedback and engagement is effective in improving retention, satisfaction and achievement.
