With the advent of on-programme Apprenticeship Assessment and ongoing focus on improving achievement rates we will explore the use of RPEL from application to onboarding, and how to use this information throughout delivery. We’ll look at how to assess and evidence prior experience effectively, integrate RPEL into curriculum and delivery plans, and remain compliant with funding rules while meeting individual learner needs.
