UVAC has joined forces with all the university mission groups, Universities UK and GuildHE to lobby Treasury on the planned defunding of apprenticeships at level 7.
But, our challenge of new Labour Government’s policy is not sufficient on its own; we need to get signatures from your employer partners, to be most effective, but signatures (and particularly testimonials) from current and former apprentices will be helpful too.
The letter HERE (word format) and HERE (pdf format) has a link for willing employers to register their agreement to be included as a named signatory. Would you please make the approach to employers on the sector’s behalf.
There is a new level 7 email address and communication is encouraged to: [email protected].
On submitting evidence to the shared mailbox, I hope you are planning to do this too at some point between now and December. UVAC is looking to submit by w/c 9th December.
