HE Provider Support

In response to requests from HEIs at the ESFA/UVAC new provider briefing on 7^th April, and as part of UVAC’s HEFCE funded Degree Apprenticeship Support Programme UVAC, has commissioned a solicitor to produce:

1. a Template Apprenticeship Contract between an HEI/HE Provider and sub-contractor
2. a Template Commitment Statement and
3. a Template Apprenticeship Contract between an HEI/HE Provider and employer

The templates are now available FREE OF CHARGE to any HEI/HE provider of Degree Apprenticeships.

On the same basis, UVAC will also make available, during autumn 2017, a template contract for use with an apprenticeship end-point assessment organisation. Further details to follow.
