The AWD programme offers a range of FREE courses on many aspects of apprenticeship delivery and is relevant to all provider types and sizes and is aimed at all practitioner roles to support CPD, extend the quality of provision and reduce the number of withdrawals and raise the achievement rate.

This course is designed for delegates who feel this component of their apprenticeship delivery is strong, but would like to explore effective practice to develop it further. In this course, you’ll explore how to identify and address issues in the quality of teaching, improving the retention, satisfaction and success of apprentices.
Designing and delivering effective end point assessment throughout the apprenticeship – delivery staff

This course is designed for delegates who recognise their need to develop and improve this component of their apprenticeship delivery. The session will help you review your current practice, and identify areas where immediate developments and improvements can be made. Explore how every role in the provider can embed EPA successfully throughout the apprenticeship programme design and delivery and contribute directly to the retention, satisfaction and success of apprentices during their programme.
