Knowledge Network Meeting – Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning Project Update

A national industry standard for recognising prior learning in the healthcare sector is the focus of this project. To contribute to the realisation of the NHS plan to recruit, educate and train the healthcare workforce, Health Education England (HEE) have initiated a national project to establish standardised approaches for recognising prior learning to remove barriers to career progression within the healthcare sector. The project is led by Middlesex University to work in partnership with the Open University (OU), the University Vocational Awards Council (UVAC) and Credit Works.
